Our sterling silver and 14k gold-filled permanent jewelry can darken or discolor over time due to air exposure, moisture/sweat, and everyday chemicals. Our 14k gold-filled selection is tarnish resistant and usually remains free from noticeable tarnishing for 1-2 years. Some customers notice tarnishing faster than others due to differences in skin oils chemistry.

Use a soft, non abrasive jewelry cloth on your permanent jewelry to remove tarnish, oils, and buildup. Then use gentle soap with warm water, and dry your permanent jewelry completely. Don't use rough cloths or harsh cleaners that can scratch surfaces and worsen appearance.

Keep permanent jewelry away from chlorine, bleach, ammonia, and strong cleaners. Lotions, perfumes, hair products, and beauty chemical can cause discoloration. Apply your beauty products first and let them fully set before your permanent jewelry comes into contact.

Re-zap services are free for existing clients. Permanent jewelry re-zaps or adjustments from other companies are $20 per piece of jewelry.

If you need to remove your permanent jewelry for any reason, we recommend carefully removing it with cutters, and if you wish to get it welded back on at a later date, we offer that to our customers free of charge.

No. Generally, jewelry never needs to be removed when going through airport security.

We offer a 30-day one time replacement on all of our permanent jewelry services excluding custom made pieces. Please note, all sales are final and we do not offer any refunds or returns.

We value our time with each client. please note, cancellations/reschedules made within 24 hours will be charged a non-refundable flat fee of $50. No-shows (anything after the 10 minute grace period) will also be charged a non-refundable flat fee of $50.
